Equisafe is a platform distributing the services of several regulated entities in Europe. In France, crowdfunding services are provided by Equisafe Invest, registered with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) as a Crowdfunding Service Provider (PSFP) under approval number FP-2024-4. Equisafe Invest is a simplified joint stock company (SAS), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 900 651 332, with its registered office located at 18 rue des Capucines, 75002 Paris. In Poland, digital asset services are provided by Equisafe Digital Markets sp. z o.o., a company registered with the KRS under number 0001128435, with NIP 5273130997, REGON 529700311, head office at ul. Złota 75A / 7, 00-819 Wola, Warsaw. This entity is authorised as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) in accordance with the official Polish register. In Luxembourg, services related to the creation and management of financial vehicles (SPV as a Service), as well as the keeping of securities registers, are provided by Qazar Management Lux Sàrl, a limited liability company registered in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B 290.541. In France, Equisafe also acts as a payment service agent for LemonWay, a payment institution authorised by the ACPR under number 16568.
