Equisafe is a platform distributing the services of several regulated entities in Europe. In France, crowdfunding services are provided by Equisafe Invest, registered with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) as a Crowdfunding Service Provider (PSFP) under approval number FP-2024-4. Equisafe Invest is a simplified joint stock company (SAS), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 900 651 332, with its registered office located at 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris. In Poland, digital asset services are provided by Equisafe Digital Markets sp. z o.o., a company registered with the KRS under number 0001128435, with NIP 5273130997, REGON 529700311, head office at ul. Złota 75A / 7, 00-819 Wola, Warsaw. This entity is authorised as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) in accordance with the official Polish register. In Luxembourg, services related to the creation and management of financial vehicles (SPV as a Service), as well as the keeping of securities registers, are provided by Qazar Management Lux Sàrl, a limited liability company registered in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B 290.541. In France, Equisafe also acts as a payment service agent for LemonWay, a payment institution authorised by the ACPR under number 16568.
